Do you realize that three years has changed your life. The way you’ve navigated through life and changed your life has been amazing to watch.

I watch you see rock bottom: homelessness, divorce, anxiety and depression. Self loathing. No self esteem, confidence shot. You didn’t love or like yourself at all. And turn it all around.

From homeless to home owner! You did that girl. You did it alone. Paid off old debts, stacked your money, and bust moves!

Although it was hard to alter your family unit, you stepped out of a toxic marriage and into SelfLove. You’ve learned to see yourself as someone who matters. Someone who deserves to be poured into as well. You’ve learned to embrace your soft girl era with so much power! You’ve let love in and had some of the best experiences of your life because you found peace and comfort in being just with yourself. You have boundaries and have taught the world how to treat you, and they rose to the occasion.

There were days you were so afraid you laid in bed and cried for a days and had to have medicine to function. Now you are grounded and focused with no fear of the future. You are one with who you are. So when things come up you have coping tools and support.

You move so differently now and it’s because you found you. And the you has such a light! Girl you shine now. You can see the joy, love, peace, patience, kindness and happiness radiating from you. It makes you glow and girl I am impressed!

It’s the glow up for me!
